What can you do to help?
We are always looking to host groups of volunteers. Our projects depend on our most immediate needs at the time, but tend to revolve around screening items for quality, sorting them appropriately, and bundling them to go out for donation. Most groups last for 2-3 hours. If you are a business or organization and are interested in having a group come in to volunteer, please contact our volunteer coordinator via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We couldn’t do what we do as a diaper bank without diapers! Diaper drives focus around “new essentials.” New essentials are items such as diapers, new clothing, baby food, formula, etc. that we are in constant need of. That being said, if you have a specific focus in mind or a “theme” you would like to incorporate, we would love to hear your ideas! Drives typically occur for a length of time of 5-7 days, but can be extended to last longer if you are interested in doing so. Upon the completion of the drive, we can schedule for you to drop the items off at our warehouse, or we can send someone to pick up for the items collected during the drive. Please note that all donations made to Babycycle are fully tax deductible; any donor interested in claiming their donation should email Katie Phelps at Katie.email@example.com with what they donated, their address, and the value they would like to declare.
